FEDERAL PRIVACY REGULATIONS

Ordinary e-mail communication of health information is prohibited.  Therefore, Electronic Health Records have what is called a "patient portal" to transmit health information SECURELY.  Our patient portal is known as Patient Ally.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY

If you can not hear/see us try these trouble shooting steps:

1. turn on the microphone/camera at the bottom of your screen.

2. completely exit then click link again and ALLOW audio/video recording

3. use laptop/desktop

4. call Techical Support at 888.747.4255

GENERAL CHECK UP

If you would like a general check up, please have your recent Weight, Blood Pressure, and Pulse readings (you may check these for free at Wal-Mart).
